Children’s Services · Under 18
24-Hour Residential Program
Licensed, 24-hour residential care in a small community-based home with awake overnight staffing. For children with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need consistent, structured around-the-clock support.
Adult Services · 18 and Older
Supported Living & Community Living Supports
Two distinct endorsed programs for adults with I/DD who live in or wish to live in their own home or in the community. Each is authorized separately through a case manager and ISP.

Medicaid enrolled — OSIPM and Healthier Oregon accepted for all programs.
Washington County referrals welcome — CDDP and surrounding CDDPs can refer directly.
