Services for every stage of life.
Vitalia is endorsed by ODDS to deliver three distinct programs. Each serves a specific population and setting — find the one that applies to you.
24-Hour Residential Program
Licensed, 24-hour residential care for children with I/DD in a small community-based home with awake overnight staffing.
Learn MoreSupported Living Program
Individualized support for adults who choose to live in their own home or apartment — on their own terms, in a setting they choose.
Learn MoreCommunity Living Supports
Flexible, hourly attendant care and skills training delivered in the individual’s home or community — wherever life happens.
Learn MoreBuilt for communities the system has underserved.
Vitalia was founded to close a specific gap: Oregon has providers. It does not have enough providers who genuinely reflect the cultural and linguistic backgrounds of the individuals who need them. We built the team, the language capability, and the program structure to change that.
