Why Vitalia

Built for communities the system has underserved.

Vitalia was founded to close a specific gap: Oregon has providers. It does not have enough providers who genuinely reflect the cultural and linguistic backgrounds of the individuals who need them. We built the team, the language capability, and the program structure to change that.

4 languages spoken by staff — English, Spanish, Amharic, Swahili. No interpreter lines.
CLSS-eligible — Culturally and Linguistically Specific Services across all three programs.
3 endorsed programs — children’s residential, adult supported living, community living supports.
Person-centered always — every service plan is built around the individual, not the program.
