Assistant Administrator

Support the Executive Director in overseeing day-to-day program operations, compliance documentation, staff scheduling, and coordination with case managers and regulatory agencies.

Full-Time Monday–Friday Multilingual preferred

Direct Support Professional

Provide individualized care, skill-building support, and daily assistance to children with I/DD in our residential home. Implement ISP goals and behavioral support plans under the supervision of the program manager.

Full-Time Day / Evening Shifts Amharic, Swahili, or Spanish a plus

On-Call Direct Support Professional

Available on an as-needed basis to cover shifts and provide consistent, high-quality support to children in our program. Ideal for experienced DSPs seeking flexible scheduling.

On-Call Flexible / As Needed Amharic, Swahili, or Spanish a plus

Night Shift Direct Support Professional

Provide awake overnight residential support to ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of children during nighttime hours. Required by Oregon law for every children’s home.

Full-Time Overnight — Awake Amharic, Swahili, or Spanish a plus
